TASK 2 - CUSTOMER DATA AND INSIGHTS Complete a 500 word task on customer data and insights You will need to work with a friend or a family member on this task. You are to review the history or purchases of an account of a student in your class, or a family member or a friend. This could include: Netflix viewing Spotify streaming Woolworths Everyday rewards Coles Mecca beauty loop JB Hifi order history You are looking at the shopping habits of this person, the types of purchases they make, frequency, and any patterns in their shopping. This history tells you about who people are - insights into them. If this is something too hard to access, try looking at social media profiles, viewing history, likes, dislikes, communities associated with. You are to profile the person based on the data you have of them. Try to avoid drawing on assumptions or other data you may know about the person and focus on what you could ascertain about someone just from this data. This can be presented in one of the following ways: Infographic Webpage Word document with customer profile The word count is 500 words so you can choose to be creative in how you present this information. You can have fun with this portfolio. You have some large design options, and look at how you can use tables, images and data to present the information.
