Task 2 You are employed by Industrial Buildings Ltd, a medium sized contractor specialising in construction of warehouses and industrial units. They have won a contract to construct a warehouse and offices for a freight delivery company. A dispute has arisen concerning the foundations, which you are sure are in accordance with the specification, however the client's team are insisting that you replace them. The contract provides for both adjudication AND arbitration and the Project Manager has suggested that both parties resort to arbitration and waive their right to adjudication (you may use either NEC4 Option B or JCT 2016 with Quantities to as an example to support your answer).
