Task 3: Describe the intellectual rights an engineering organisation should consider when operating in competitive environment.

The company, Dell will have access to WINC's email content when migrating their email servers. Some of these emails will contain confidential information. WINC Director would like to know about intellectual property rights and related regulations. Describe all four IPRs by giving examples of what each IPR protects (copyright, patent, design registration and trademark). You must refer to the relevant legislation (ACT) which relate to each IPR.
