Case: Problem solving methodology is widely spread in industry, e$.$g$.$ Unified Problem Solving $($UPS$).$ Due to its universality, the method cannot only be used in industry, but also in daily life situations. The following examples have been considered in the course PQM execution: $-$ University: Being back from Mensa too late $-$ Returning empty bottles to the supermarket $-$ Forgetting essentials when leaving the house

Tasks: a$)$ Please describe the considered steps and tools of the UPS methodology briefly.

b$)$ Apply the UPS steps and tools to analyze ONE of the mentioned problems above.

c$)$ Please explain briefly, why UPS is usually NOT used to resolve everyday problems.
