Task 4 - Conduct risk assessment. Select and use a suitable risk assessment tool or technique. Assess the risk of harm occurring in your work area from the identified hazards. Consultation with workers during the risk assessment phase may be captured within the risk assessment. Ensure your suggested risk controls meet legislated and organisational requirements. Consult with workers about the adequacy of current controls and provide a record of consultation that includes: Who was involved in risk assessment? Attach your risk assessment Task 5 - Prepare a risk control plan. Once again, talk amongst yourselves and set out the workgroups agreed plan to manage unacceptable risk. Your plan must include the issue identified, proposed solution and the solutions agreed on by all relevant parties. Complete a Risk Control Plan for only one issue. The plan must include: more than one proposed solution more than one level from the hierarchy of controls 0 realistic timeframes and implementation details that have been agreed on with employee and employers must be included. 0 detail of consultation. o references to a range of control measures from a range of sources E.G.
