Task 5 (60%) Create a detailed customer journey map that details how the customer (created in task 2) will progress along the customer journey from acquisition, purchase and retention (maximum one page of A3). You will need to present your customer journey map as a visualisation with detailed and justified/referenced annotations. There should be at least Jeight digital marketing touchpoints in your customer journey. You are also required to mock-up and justify two of the touchpoints (maximum two pages of A4) to demonstrate your understanding of how customers interact with the organisation at different stages of the customer journey. This will be submitted via Turnitin (on Moodle) during the assessment week (see Moodle for deadline) as one PDF document with a maximum of one page of A3 and two pages of A4 plus a reference list.
