Task 6 {31875 PC 4.2, 4.3) This task assesses your understanding of residential property lending policies, procedures and guidelines required for an existing loan {e.g. a renance application or top-up of an existing loan}. Common situations are listed in the table below. For each situation, describe standard lender requirements {based on the lender's policies/requirements}, the procedure followed by the lender, and the guidelines followed by the lender when taking action. A minimum of two [2) procedures and one {1) guideline must be provided. Please note, the column marked 'Lender Pollcy' below. This Is not requiring you to describe the lending criteria of different incl lvidual lenders but rather the overall procedures iound within the terms and conditions, lending documentation, the Banking Code of Practice and lending criteria
