Oversee the management of probationary employees. Relevant stakeholders here refer to the managers or supervisors of the probationary employees. Probationary employees or participants refer to the two new employees who were hired in Workplace Project Task 4 and are on probation. Provide feedback to the stakeholders managing the probationary employees. Collect feedback on the current onboarding processes against onboarding objectives, from probationary employees and their managers.
