Task $6$: Suggest Revisions to Current Performance Management System

ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS

This task will require you to assist at least two relevant stakeholders and suggest improvements in revising policies and procedures on performance management, while being observed by the assessor. The improvements you suggest must be based on your findings from Workplace Project Task $5.$

You will be assessed on your practical skills to:

Assist at least two relevant stakeholders in revising at least one policy and procedure on the current performance management system

Suggest at least two improvements to the current performance management system

Ask questions and listen carefully to gather and evaluate information

Use appropriate vocabulary and tone to present ideas and make suggestions

Before starting this task, you must review the following:

Completed performance management system review form submitted in Workplace Project Task $5$ for the following information:

Trends in use of the performance management system

Problem areas when using the performance management system

Strengths of the performance development system

Weaknesses of the performance development system

Organisational documents$/$sources of information reviewed in Workplace Project Task $1,$ including:

Workplace policies and procedures relevant to performance management

After completing this task, submit a copy of the following as supplementary evidence:

Original versions of organisational policies and procedures on performance management

Revised versions of organisational policies and procedures on performance management

This must clearly indicate changes made from the original version of the document, including all your suggestions that were adapted.
