Task 7: Action Plan for Team Decision ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS This task will require you to develop an action plan to implement a decision that your team agreed upon. The plan can be based on the team decision made in Workplace Project Task 6 or any other decision you and your team have agreed upon that requires implementation. Use your workplace/organisation's template to complete this task or use the Action Plan template provided at the Bounce Fitness site. To complete this task, you must: Review information that you will need to complete the plan for the implementation of the decision made. o If you are using your team's decision from Workplace Project Task 6, review the details of your team's decision. o If you are using a different team decision that your team has previously agreed upon, access and gather information relevant to the implementation of the decision. Develop an action plan containing the following details of how you intend to implement your team's decision. o Team decision to be implemented o Action items to implement the team decision o Expected date of implementation o Expected outcomes at the end of each action item's implementation You must leave the following columns
