Task 7 - Meeting with Jacinta re customer satisfaction

For this task, you will need to meet with another BSBCUS401 Coordinate implementation of customer service strategies student who has completed and submitted their work for Section A: Knowledge Activity.This student will act as Jacinta.

Jacinta has reviewed your Presentation slides from Task 6 and requests a meeting with you to discuss the new opportunity's customer satisfaction results.

At the meeting:

Explain the following as outlined in your Presentation Slides:

oSummary of the customer satisfaction data

oDetails of any areas of concerns

oRecommendations of how to action these concerns, and

oHow your recommendations will meet ValleyViews's requirements

Ask Jacinta whether she:

oneeds you to clarify any of this information

ohas any other recommendations to deal with these concerns, and

osupports your recommendations

Ensure you:

use appropriate communication, listening and questioning techniques

use a range of strategies to connect and build rapport with Jacinta

collaborate with Jacinta to contribute to the knowledge and skills needed to provide appropriate customer service for ValleyView
