In this assignment, you will use the template provided to create a customer journey map for your organisation or an organisation of your choice.

For this assignment, the stages of the funnel are awareness, consideration, decision, and loyalty and advocacy. The template specifies the elements to be tracked, one of them being $$create for yourself$$ which will allow you to choose a customised element based on your organisation, business model and marketing strategy.

Here's a brief for each element:

$$ Customer activities: Determine actions that will be taken by the customer at the particular journey stage.

$$ Customer goals: Determine what the customer would want to achieve at this stage of the journey by taking the actions.

$$ Touchpoints: Determine the different touchpoints of the customer with the brand.

$$ Business activities: Determine the different action steps or efforts that will be taken by the business to serve the customer and push them to the next step of the journey.

$$ Business goals: Determine the business goal of the stage $$ both in general and by taking into consideration the steps mentioned in the previous step.

$$ KPIs tracked: Determine the KPI$($s$)$ the business should track in order to analyse their efforts and progress.

$$Create for yourself$$: Create an element of your choice based on your organisation and your marketing strategy. You may refer to other organisations$$ marketing efforts or templates available to draw inspiration from. It$$d also be a great idea for you to create your own element that$$s personalised to your business.
