The Case

Deanship of Research and Graduate Studies at ASU has the intention to document the published researches by the faculty members. For such purpose, they would like to develop a website through which the researches of the faculty members can be stored and shared withthe faculty members at ASU. For such project, they allocated TWO months. The following are the exact requirements for the different stakeholders:

1. Administrative interface through which the admin can do the following:

a. Assign username and password for the faculty members at ASU

b. Get some statistical report about the publications

2. Faculty members interface through which the member can do the following:

a. Access the website using his/her username

b. Write/modify a profile about him/herself

c. Upload their articles

d. Search for other faculty members articles by name/college/title.

For this project, the university allocated BD 2000 as a budget.
