Task Description Students are to critically analyse and present their opinions on a Hypothetical Orgnaisation's restructure and HR initaives in a Change management Scenario. Students are to critique the myriad dimensions of Managerial prerogatives vs implications of its choices. Students' will be evaluated based on their argumentation of change management strategies and implications of Management practices as observed in the case scenario. Task Length : Approximately 1500-1800 words Estimated Student workload: 22-24 Hours Task Requirements : Evaluation of Change management applications of a Restructure /HR initiatives in a Case scenario.
