Graphics are extremely important to technical writing because displaying information visually often allows a writer to reiterate their point more easily. This exercise asks you to practice incorporating graphics into your document effectively utilizing the standard rules for format and documentation. This assignment should also help you start preparing for your midterm exam.

To do this, you are being asked to create a 1-2 page memo written to your instructor that demonstrates the process of making a sandwich with pictures and prose describing each step. Your sandwich can be as detailed or straightforward as you choose, but your memo should contain an introduction, body, and conclusion, as all your documents should, and each step should be thoroughly explained to your audience.
