F. Caravan renters make a payment before the booking is confirmed

Required:

A. Use draw.io to create a diagrams.

B. Develop a high level process model diagram in draw.io

C. Expand the process model from 3 to include detailed sub-processes

D. Identify two process metrics for each of your sub- processes. Justify why each metric is important for running the new business. Record your metrics and justification
