Task Instructions - Role Play 1 For this task, you will participate in a role play. You will need another person to play the role of the tenant, and you will be the real estate agent. This role play is about the process of negotiation and an escalating dispute over an exit condition report and associated bond. You can choose to discuss and negotiate some or all of the features in the condition report extract. Your assessor may ask you some questions related to the role play. You should provide information to the tenant about how the information in the condition report and your notes will be stored and how their private information will be protected. You should tell the tenant about their right to make a complaint and how their complaint will be handled. You should complete a summary or notes about your communication with the tenant during the role play and submit your notes as part of your assessment evidence You should attempt to resolve the disagreement and work towards an outcome which complies with relevant legislation and is satisfactory for all parties. Your partner (playing the role of the tenant) should advise you that they still disagree with the outcome of your discussion and they disagree with the condition report. They still refuse to accept that they should pay for the broken window or shower screen, and that they want all their bond back despite the disagreement. You should advise the tenant about the next step that can be taken if the disagreement continu
