- you are a Project Manager and would like to do research in support of your project

- your project/company: pick any one - brand, project, company, country, event - anything you would like

- example: A street food chain from India expanding to Canada - doing online sales

- possible research topics: 1) Food market in Canada; 2) online sales of food in Canada etc...

- prepare a project document (5-10 pages long) proposing the international market research

- your work/document should follow/cover all 7 steps listed-

1. define research objectives

2. create research brief

3. screen potential international markets

4. select research design and data sources

5.design data collection tools and collect primary data

6. organise and analyze the data

7. present conclusions and apply the research

- think of steps 1 to 5 as one page/slide in your presentation document

- note that you are not doing the research: you are preparing a document to propose the research
