Threats What obstacle are we facing in the environment? (economics, trends, government regulations, labor market, conditions, etc.) What market trends affect us (e.g., demand, competition, industry changes)? Is changing technology a threat?

- do cover page, 7-8 pages including one full page for each of the alphabet i.e (S, W, O, T), conclusion page (this is min. requirement)
