Task The task is simple - find the outliers. This data contains various ground measurements - and is used to detect an 'earth-quake.' Earthquakes occur rarely, and thus they are 'anomaly/outlier.' If you are successful, you can predict earthquakes and save lives. There are no labels - thus, you will not be able to use supervised learning. Use any unsupervised technique that you deem fit. One of the best things you can do is visualize your data. You must provide the 'Index' values that predict earthquakes. For e.g., 5, 10, 19, 20, and 25
