Task: To complete the assignment, you will execute the following. This assignment is based on the hospitality position you researched in the job analysis assignment or want to work in sometime in the future.

1. As a manager, list ten questions you would ask the candidate applying for the hospitality position you selected.
   1. These questions should include at least Three situational and Three behavioral, besides Four other proper selection questions that relate to the specific job.
   2. Write down the competency or job requirement the interview question relates to, referring back to the job description assignment as you develop the questions.
   3. Write the summary of which type of interview format(s) you would choose and explain why you would prefer.
   4. Describe the changes (additions/deletions) you made from your interview with a manager or human resources.
   5. Use the following Interview Guide Template on Page Two when completing this assignment.

Interview a Human Resource professional or manager about job interview questions and your format. Make corrections to your draft based on the interview.

• Be sure to cite your references for where you found your questions. Be sure to include the name, title, and company information of the person you interview.
• Provide at least one reference other than the textbook to support your answers to the type of interviews best used in the hospitality industry!
• The minimum information that must be included in the citation is the following:
  • If printed or electronic journal article: Title of Article, Title of Journal, Date, and Issue number (if available).
  • If website: Title of article or company and website address.
