- Write the summary of which type of interview format(s) you would choose and explain why you would prefer.
- Describe the changes (additions/deletions) you made from your interview with a manager or human resources.
- Use the following Interview Guide Template on Page Two when completing this assignment.
Interview a Human Resource professional or manager about job interview questions and your format. Make corrections to your draft based on the interview.
- Be sure to cite your references for where you found your questions. Be sure to include the name, title, and company information of the person you interview.
- Provide at least one reference other than the textbook to support your answers to the type of interviews best used in the hospitality industry!
- The minimum information that must be included in the citation is the following:
