The system will have the following processes summarized below: The patient has to enter his/her file number to open their account, and once the system identifies the patient they can reserve an appointment. If they don't have any account, they must create a new one by entering their information such as (name, birthdate, city, blood type, picture, etc.). Once the appointment is reserved, an appointment paper is printed. An appointments schedule, and patient file is produced to the doctors. Video Rental System: Customer makes a Video request to the Rent Video process. The Rent Video process also receives Video information from the Video Library data store. As a result, the process produces a Bill to the Customer, and stores the Rental information into the Rental data store. A Customer can return Video by providing Video & Rental info. The process stores the Video information into the Video Library data store and Rental information into the Rental data store. As a result, Return receipt is delivered to the Customer.
