Scenario 1

You are the Volunteer Director at the closing ceremony for the event. You are receiving unsettling verbal reports from several Volunteer Team Leaders that a large group of volunteers from one of your key functional areas have changed out of their volunteer uniforms and are enjoying their accreditation access backstage in the stadium T-1 hour prior to the ceremony opening. You are unable to source any new staffing to support the FA at this late stage. What do you do?

Scenario 2

You are the Workforce Manager in Event Control and you are receiving reports from the Social Media Manager who is monitoring the SM platforms that there is evidence being received of a female behaving erratically and crying hysterically close to the VVIP entrance area. The event is due to go live in T-2 hours and VVIPs are starting to arrive at the stadium. How do you identify who the female is? There is some suggestion that she is a member of staff. What do you do?
