Team Performance Difficult team members will make it impossible for a team ever to reach an acceptable level of performance. Therefore, team members as well as the team leader need to address difficult behavior in a constructive manner to start a change process. You need to understand that some people do not know how their actions are seen by others, and in many instances their actions might be a reaction to your own behavior. One example here would be that person that feels their opinion is not valued or that they are held to a higher standard.
