Goals, Guiding Principles and Norms will determine how your team will operate together for the duration of the Biz Caf$$ project.

$1.$ Goals: As a team what are the goals you have for this project? How will you measure success? List $2$ goals your team has for the Biz Caf$$ project.

$2.$ Behaviours: List four effective$/$expected behaviours and four unacceptable behaviours.

$3.$ Decision$-$Making: How will decisions be made in this team? How will you stay on track?

$4.$ Team Support: How will your team support each other through this project? For example, will there be check$-$ins to see how the team is doing?

$5.$ Conflict Resolution: How will your team resolve differences? How will you use feedback and listening skills to address conflict?

$6.$ Diversity: How will you accommodate different learning and working styles as well as communication differences?
