Team Project Assignment: Designing Effective Teams (20%) Course: ORGB 601: Human Interfaces In your team project assignment, you will provide a proposal to a senior manager of your selected organization (past or present organization) for how to improve team effectiveness in this organization. Your group will work as a consultant for this organization. The proposal can be organized like a memo. Your proposal should be organized as follows: 1. A brief summary of the problem or opportunity related to the organization. Please specify the level of analysis.
