Team Project: Live Case Study (Week 5)

Select a team issue that you are facing (or have faced) when working in an organization. Now consider this experience from the perspective of an outside consultant. Prepare a paper with the following required elements.

Required Elements of the Live Case Study:

• Presents the case/situation from an objective perspective in one to two pages (i.e., description of the organization, purpose and nature of the group, and the issue(s);
• Identifies key challenges; and
• Proposes a practical plan that provides solutions/ suggestions on this issue that help both the team and overall organization.
• Bases your background, issue, and improvement proposal, on one or more of the models and theories discussed in class.
• Uses readings from this course as well as integrate outside scholarly research.
• Factors that may have led to the issue; methods that could assist in its resolution based on theories, concepts or models from the literature;
