Things to look for: - The companies operational flow and ways you can make it better. - Introducing new applications for the company. - Fixing areas that might be a problem. - Improving overall operational performance. - Creating efficiency by executing change management. - Updating the organization's operational strategy. Your group should come up with 3 or 4 different opportunities that you feel that the company you chose can apply.
