TEAM PROJECT: RESEARCH DOCUMENT. For your final task, you are to write a minimum 2000 word document that will talk about the Company which your team has researched, operational Issue which you found, the Plan your group took in finding this problem and Solutions which you developed on how it can help, improve & elevate the organization operations. Things to look for: - The companies operational flow and ways you can make it better. - Introducing new applications for the company. - Fixing areas that might be a problem. - Improving overall operational performance. - Creating efficiency by executing change management. - Updating the organization's operational strategy. Your group should come up with 3 or 4 different opportunities that you feel that the company you chose can apply. Even though the company currently MIGHT not have any operational issues, is there anything they can do to improve? Come up with a plan and submit your findings. Your report should include items that we discussed, information about the company and different charts, tables, and flow charts that can better explain what the problem is and what the outcome/solution should be. GROUP PROJECT COMPANY ISSUE PLAN SOLUTION Tips: 1) Look at the companys profile/flow charts and see if there are bottlenecks or issues. 2) Have you done business/purchased from the company prior and feel they are missing anything? 3) Can you apply different methodologies and ideas from our class lectures/discussion & Unit Exercises when implementing a new idea? 4) When implementing change, is there a strategy that your team can introduce that will help the company increase performance and efficiency? 5) Is there a market/opportunity that the company you chose can exploit or diversify? 6) Can you recreate a flowchart via MS Visio or MS Word and be able to explain their flow and try to eliminate areas which might slow the process down
