online supply chain offering that would include customer service, marketing, sales,
logistics and operations.
o A system to replace an organization's manual processes eg onboarding process for
new employees, customer complaint handling process, etc.
Developing new programs wellness programs, educational programs, etc.
The Project will not be Event Management of Weddings or
birthday parties.
The Project specifications are as follows:
Project Duration: Minimum months from start to conclusion
Minimum project budget: $ CAN
Project Location: Canada
The project product or service must have a Sponsor
Your team will take on the role of the Project Manager. Your team cannot play any other
role.
The project must meet a business need
A lesson learned session with your team must be conducted at the end of the project
