The first part, introduction and description of the problems, this aims into getting to understand and the formulation of problems of lean manufacturing implementation arise in industries in Japan. Here there will be a brief background exposure on the matter involving value stream mapping. The next part will be literature review, in this section value stream mapping is reviewed in order to develop an understanding on the ground theory, which present ideas for research and practices purpose. In addition, significance and method of implementations of value stream mapping will be discussed. The third part, methodology, will discuss on the matter of ways used for gathering the information more articulated. It also includes detail description on this research journey on methods applied to gain an essential feedback of information. The fourth part or results and discussion, will be obtained by the outcome and feedback from the case study. The results will be analyzed and will be devoted into the discussion section. Finally, the last part is conclusion; which will summed up the studies conducted whether the objectives are successfully achieved as well as to verified the limitations and implications throughout this research
