1. FUNCTIONAL TESTING a. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION [Provide a description of the item to be tested and pertinent requirements.] b. TEST REGULATORY / MANDATE CRITERIA [Describe any electrical/environmental regulations or mandates that the system must be tested against. You will need to research.] c. RISK OR ISSUES [Indicate any risks or issues that relate to product testing. For example, issues related to human safety or product damage that could occur when testing.] d. OVERALL TEST APPROACH [Describe the overall test approach to be used to test the product. This should be a top level description including the number of times the test will be run and under what conditions. Also, is this a test of single unit or multiple units? If multiple units, how many will be tested?] e. PARAMETERS THAT WILL BE TESTED [In the table below, indicate the features of the system that will be tested (ITEMS TO TEST), and give a detailed description of how each item is supposed to be tested and what equipment/tools should be used (TEST DESCRIPTION).] f. TEST (PASS/FAIL) CRITERIA [Describe in detail the criteria used to determine if a test item has passed or failed the test.
