Thanks for your post, Matthew. You call out how difficult it can be to work through interdependencies in companies and this ties in well with last lesson. When corporate structures are too vertical and siloed, it can make it very difficult for leaders lower in the organization to understand how they implement or coalesce with organizational strategy. (text) I like how you tie into this measuring the organizational interdependencies to understand where to improve; my organization is currently going through a company wide employee engagement survey to find out where stress points in the organization might exist related to current strategy and where complexities can be eliminated or reduced to help leaders and employees feel more purpose in what they do. I'm curious to see what the results show and how it can be used to help me work better with my team and the organization
