The assignment is to write a linked in profile summary. I will include the template that she is grading me on. How could I make the following summary better? and how do I add some of the requirements on the template? I am confused what she means by "after the summary include" section on the template

I am currently studying Business administration with a specialty in hospitality and tourism at Black Hills State University (BHSU). I chose this specialty due to my love of working with people and appreciation of the hospitality industry. Growing up in South Dakota and Wyoming I have always been around this environment.

Under the help of my previous team in Deadwood, South Dakota LIV Hospitality I was able to learn a lot about hotel operations and customer relations. I began as a front desk associate that cross trained in housekeeping so that I could help when the hotel was short staffed. Before long I was the only one working morning shifts and making sure the breakfast team was getting everything out fast enough and I began to slowly learn how to make all of the breakfast items. Then I was awarded a customer service award for outstanding customer service becoming the only employee at Tru by Hilton to have that award. I was soon promoted to front office manager.

In all of the roles I worked at Tru I fell in love with hospitality and working with people.

My personal experience handling customer issues, in both front of office and behind the scenes such as charge backs, wrongful charges, customer complaints, and contractual agreements. Helps me move forward with important knowledge pertaining to the hospitality industry. The classes I have taken so far at BHSU have also been incredibly helpful.
