The assignment is to write a report covering an organization facing an HRM issue. Expand on material learned in class to gain a deeper understanding of how HRM and topics within might be used in the workplace. Do not just reteach what was taught in class, but apply any topic idea, theory, content to a real-world scenario in an actual organization. This can be done through using an actual lived experience from a group member, a news article, a journal, or any other source of information. The report should clearly define the organization, conduct an environmental scan of the industry affecting the organization, the issue the organization is facing, why it is an issue that is not current resolved, and recommendations on how the issue can be overcome. It is imperative that course material and knowledge be applied to the understanding of real-world consequences within the report. The report should include the following sections: - Title Page (with all team members and student numbers); - Introduction; - Body; O Organization Overview inclusive of an environmental scan (competitors, laws, etc) - Analysis of the Issue(s) and defining why it is not resolved - Recommendations for organizations to overcome challenges and promote organizational success - Conclusion
