THE ASSIGNMENT

The group projects in this course are intended to provide your team with the opportunity to

explore the dynamics of team building and work together on assignments and tasks. This

assignment asks you to reflect on your experience in working as a team. Work together in

your groups to create a report that highlights the process of your team development thus far.

Use Tuckman$$s model of group development $($forming$,$ storming, norming, performing and

adjourning$)$ to analyze your team development so far.

Second paragraph: Review Tuckman$$s model of team development, what stage do you

see your group in$,$ why?

Third paragraph: What changes might your group need to make to be successful in the

second half of the term and final project? How can you relate this to what has been

taught in class?

Conclusion: Summarize your key points from your paper. No new information should

be introduced.
