The book talks about trying to identify site locations using the EPIC Framework. It focuses on assessing one area from another by determining if different variables are better in one area or another. EPIC= economic, political, infrastructural, and perspective. For example, in economy someone might look at the area's population size and gross domestic product. For politics, then I look at the ease of doing business and the risk of political stability. Infrastructure focuses on the transportation aspect and utilities in the area to ensure they are sufficient to adequately provide you with enough of what you need. And finally, confidence has to deal with the labor force
