Action:

Dan Fritz, president of Frozen Delights, asked Charlene to run and be in charge of a new product team that would create a new product and it would be profitable.

Alternative$($s$)$:

Charlene can lead the team and help everyone work together and stop blaming each other and start helping the company make great products again, or the team can continue to point fingers at each other and the products would stay the same low quality and low profitability.

Analysis:

Charlene needs to get everyone to work as a team and produce a quality product that will sell off the shelves at stores.

Results:

Charlene restores trust in the company through the employees and makes sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to creating the product and selling the product.
