The changes implemented which impacted the daily work environment helped focus those who were directly involved with the work. Her expanded vision was vital to the success of CARE and its future existence. This NGO at that time required more collaboration throughout international borders to make it effective. However, it seems she did not focus on maximizing employee buy-in before implementing change. This is often overlooked and why many project implementations fail when management overlooks the importance and impact of employee buy-in.
