Organization Chart for Company I determined the design of my chart based on the information provided to us on the outline and their position. I believe adding color to the chart clearly indicates who is overseas and who reports to whom. Having this chart in place is very effective as it will help everyone including the physician get a better idea as to how the company is running and whom they need to contact in regard to a particular employee. I feel like the biggest issue based on this grid will be the medical directors role. There are way too many people reporting to that person for there to only be 1 person. There should be more than 1 medical director as well as there should be way more information tech specialists
