Proposed Staffing of Sexual \& Reproductive Health Program In determining the design for my chart, it helped to follow the information provided on the table. Both the "reports to" and "supervises" columns serve as a guide for the position levels. I focused on the reports to column and worked on the chart from top to bottom. I decided highlight position levels in different colors to help the viewer to easily distinguish the tiers. The boxes that are two levels beneath the medical director benefit the most from the color coding as their structure differs. The positions are listed horizontally under the Program Director and vertically under the Nurse Manager, yet they both report to individuals that report to the Medical Director. While the chart might be helpful in demonstrating the organization's structure to new employees or while working on organization restructuring, it may not accurately describe the relationships or connections within the organization, as with many organizational charts (Creately, 2021). It does, however, allow the viewer to make sense of and understand the complexity of the network under the Medical Director. I have also seen examples of organizational charts that provide a color coding scheme that distinguishes the trees of the organizational chart. This might help the viewer to better pinpoint the individuals that they might work closely with or the group of people to consult about an issue that arises, if the viewer is a sinnervisor
