The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Last Financial is pleased with the ERM program, which was just recently implemented. Five of their seven businesses segments are now included in the process; four of the five business segments involve banking products and one involves providing consulting services. Their smallest business segment was exempt due to its size. Another business segment has not yet made the time to meet with the CRO about adopting ERM, but the CRO is not concerned because they are "doing great and growing at a rapid rate."
