Formulate an Excel model to evaluate the performance of Branches.

Replace the Cat II sales per month by another Cat II measure dollar sales per month (product of sales and price in US$ 375[1] per unit. Compute the performance of Branches again.

Dollar sales in EURO dollars is needed to evaluate the performances of those branches. Compute the performance of Branches again using the data in EURO dollars.

Compare the three performance scores and interpret the differences or similarities in those scores.

Suppose in the above problem, you are going to specify some additional restrictions on the weights (e.g., your personal preference between the two Cat. II measures). Repeat a-d in the problem 1.
