The concepts I would explain using the model are the different steps that are needed to achieve a successful project. One is going over the different roles and responsibilities. This is importat for everyone involve to know who will be in change of what things. The second is the change management concept making sure that when this should happen that there are no setbacks. Third one is risk management being able to come to a solution when a risk is presented. Fourth one is WBS is taking all the different task that are needed and ensure there is good understanding to what is needed and the last one is the project management cycle, what will take place at what time in the project and the timeliness of executing this. One model I might communicate with the team is defining clear roles and responsibility. All members must be able to go to the right contact to be able to complete the different milestone or different ask that are required in the project. This will ensure that everyone is help accountable for their part in the project and that the team stays motivated throughout the project lifecycle. Please give feedback with references
