The cybernetic model is described in the PowerPoint. Using the following example for this assignment: A couple is dissatisfied and unhappy with the amount of quality time they spend together.

1. First, describe (define) each term in the Cybernetic model (comparator function, error message, effector function, environment, sensor function, and reality).
2. Next, discuss how the cybernetic term / concept can be addressed during a counseling session. For example, how would you get them to discuss and define each of the terms in bold above?
3. Take their 'problem/puzzle' through the model.

Your paper should be divided into two sections: (1) The term's function in the model and (2) The clinical application. The following terms should be included in your paper:

• Comparator function: 1) definition, function in the model; 2) clinical application
• Error message
• Effector function
• The environment
• Sensor function
• Reality (as perceived by each individual in the clinical system)
