The Decision Making Process.

Managers are constantly making decisions, often having to choose from several alternatives.

Can you help me make a decision making process. For example the topic I came up with is using decision making process to buy myself a new car. Use the jeeps models . Decide between which new Jeep model or getting a used car instead. Things to consider like the price the color the miles if there is anything wrong the car. Fyi you can only use these 4 steps of rational decision (look at the picture I attached to this) I included in the picture down below. follow the steps too.

1. Think about a decision you've recently made where you had to choose fromseveral differentoptions. (Note - a yeso decision doesn't work for this practice). Describe your situation here.
2. Writyee a description of this decision using each of the stages in theRational Decision Making Processas your guide.
3. Describe theNon-Rationalmodels and explain why they were/were not a factor in your decision.
4. Explain theBiasin your decision that was present.
5. Reflect on your decision making process - what did you learn? Was this a good decision, or a bad one? What happened during the decision making process that made it a good/bad decision? What would you do differently next time?
