THE eHEALTH AFRICA CASE STUDY

This case study provides a practical example of how Agile project management methodologies

can be applied in a real$-$world context, particularly in the health sector, to manage complex

projects and deliver value to stakeholders. It also highlights the importance of data and logistics

management in responding to a public health crisis. Answer the case study questions in the four

areas of Agile Project management as follows:

$1.$ Adaptability: How did eHealth Africa adapt its strategies in response to real$-$time

feedback and changing circumstances during the implementation of its health programs?$2.$ Iterative Development: Can you provide an example of a project where eHealth Africa

used iterative development, delivering usable versions of the system or product at each

stage of development?

$3.$ Collaboration: How did eHealth Africa foster collaboration among different

stakeholders $($such as the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention $($NCDC$),$

National Reference Laboratory $($NRL$),$ Kano State COVID$-19$ Task Force$)$ during the

COVID$-19$ Data and Logistics project?

$4.$ User$-$Centric Approach: How did eHealth Africa ensure that the solutions developed

$($like the Logistics Management Information System $($LoMIS$),$ eLearning Training

Materials, case screening and reporting system$)$ were user$-$centric and met the needs of

the end$-$users.
