The file fib.s comes with a main function that will test the fib function. You can compile an assembly file in much the same way that you would a C file:

$ gcc $-$o fib fib.s

When you run the executable, it should print out some erroneous Fibonacci numbers and a warning that the register calling conventions are being broken.
