The final project allows you the opportunity to interact with other leaders in human resources to support your learning and to develop new connections that may benefit you in the future. Past students have seen a variety of benefits from the connections they made during this project, including employment opportunities. You will identify at least one human resource professional, or leader fulfilling an HR related role, to speak to and interview about what their current challenges are. When possible, identify a project or support information that can help them with their challenge and volunteer to help develop the ideas and planning phase. In an ideal situation, you can use your project as the opportunity to provide support to them and to submit for your grade
