The first step in completing this assignment will be to complete the forward and backward pass. You will need to compute the early, late, and slack times for the activities in the network. Identify the critical path and the project duration and fill in the appropriate ES, LF, and SL in the table next to the Gantt Chart that shows the schedule resource load. The original schedule has been shaded in for you, which does not include slack time. Any activities that must be completed later, or beyond the shaded area due to inefficient resources may delay the project.

Assume you only have three resources available and follow the heuristics that are necessary when you have a resource constrained schedule. Schedule only one period at a time and update the ES, LF and SL as you work through the schedule. The ES, LF and SL must be accurate when you are finished in order to receive full credit.
