Great Northern Marketing (GNM) is an online reseller of a wide range of consumer products such as lotions, perfumes, body washes, and cosmetics. GNM believes that by capturing the behaviours of the people that visit their website, they could gain a better understanding of their existing and prospective customers. The raw data that is captured from their website propagates through to many types of EIS systems within the company, one of which is a CRM.
